Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To access the full range of ax1800 services, you are required to register a valid user account. Account registration is open to individuals who are aged 18 and above only. ax1800 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close any account found not to meet this eligibility requirement.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ax1800 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ax1800 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and online banking via FPX.
Deposits are final once confirmed. ax1800 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements, where relevant.
- All transactions must be made using a payment method registered under the same user's name.
- Using third-party or unauthorised payment methods may result in the transaction being voided and the account suspended.
- Ax1800 reserves the right to decline or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the transaction date.
Any fees associated with our services will be clearly stated prior to the transaction. ax1800 does not charge hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion or bonus terms.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use
As a user of the ax1800 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are strictly prohibited from:

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ax1800 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, failure to verify identity, or at the request of the relevant authorities.
In the event of an account suspension due to an ongoing investigation, ax1800 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. Should the investigation find that a user has breached these terms, any balance associated with the violation may be forfeited.

Account closure requests will be processed subject to the completion of all pending transactions and the required identity verification. ax1800 encourages users who want a break from gaming to make use of the available account limit or temporary suspension options.
